Double Up Miles Campaign Terms and Conditions
Must be an IHG^® Rewards Club member with miles as the chosen earning preference and must register their member number in advance to participate in “Double Up” miles campaign (“Registration”). Double miles will be awarded on all Qualifying Stays after completing 1st Qualifying Stay, between 1st June 2016 and 31st August 2016 (both dates inclusive). Maximum bonus award is 10,000 bonus miles or 1,250 AIR MILES^®† reward miles during this campaign (on top of base miles earned). A Qualifying Stay is defined as one night or consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of frequency of check-in/out. A stay constitutes a Qualifying Stay when paying qualifying rates, which include most business and leisure rates at InterContinental^®, Crowne Plaza^®, Hotel Indigo^®, Holiday Inn^®, Holiday Inn Express^®, EVEN^TM, Staybridge Suites^®, Candlewood Suites^® or HUALUXE^® hotels worldwide. Double miles are not issued for stays booked through an Online Travel Agencies or for Non-Qualifying Room Rates and Non-Qualifying Stays. Non-Qualifying Room Rates and Non-Qualifying Stays are subject to standard IHG Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions and include the following: net wholesale individual and group rate, certain package rates, employee discount rate, friends and family rate, crew rate, special discounted contract rates, seasonal worker/crew rate, 50% travel club discount rate, travel industry discount rate, distressed passenger rate, IHG^® Rewards Club Reward Nights/Airline Hotel Reward rate, most rates booked through most third party web sites, complimentary hotel stays and any other rates not defined as a Qualifying Room Rate. Only one room per member per stay will be awarded the applicable miles. No retroactive miles will be awarded for stays prior to registration. You must be a miles collector with a preferred alliance in order to collect miles. “Double bonus points package” Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: Must be an IHG^® Rewards Club member (“Member”) before staying in order to participate in this promotion.
2. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for booking and staying between 1 June 2016 and 31 August 2016 (both dates inclusive).
3. Participating Hotels: All hotels listed on the dedicated campaign webpage. Check hotels.
4. Participating Airlines: China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines, PhoenixMiles and Asia Miles.
5. Promotional Offers: During the promotion period, eligible Members will earn double IHG^® Rewards Club points (“Points”) or double participating airlines miles (“Miles”) for each qualifying stay (see below for details of the qualification requirements) at a participating hotel.
6. Qualifying Requirements: In addition to other requirements specified in these terms and conditions, participants of this promotion must also meet the following requirements:
   (a) Participating Members must make their reservation via the official IHG website, or by calling each participant hotel or our reservation hotline 4008840888. Bookings must be made with the “Double Bonus Package” during the promotion period and for stays during the same period.
   (b) Only one room per eligible Member per stay will be awarded the applicable bonus Points or miles. Bonus Points or miles are available only once to each eligible Member for each stay, regardless of the total number of reservations or amount of accommodation charges paid by the Member.
   (c) A qualifying stay is defined as one night or consecutive nights at the same hotel. If a Member stays for consecutive nights, it will count as one stay regardless of frequency of check-in/out.
   (d) Must be a miles collector with participating airlines in order to collect miles. Members who collect miles from airlines not participating in this promotion will collect Points as their bonus for this promotion. After receiving the Points, Members can choose to have them converted into the corresponding airline miles as per the IHG^® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions.
   (e) All airline program terms and conditions apply.
7. Other Rules:
   (a) Room rates will be billed in local currency. Tax and service charges apply.
   (b) It may take 6-8 weeks for bonus Points or miles to be credited into the eligible Member’s IHG^®Rewards Club account.
   (c) Any tax liability connected with aforementioned rewards is the responsibility of the Member.
   (d) No Points will be awarded retroactively for stays prior to the effective date of the Member’s membership.
   (e) If for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure) this promotion cannot be carried out as planned, the sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion.
   (f) To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of this promotion at any time.
8. Prevailing Language: These terms and conditions are originally prepared in Chinese. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
9. Others: This promotion is subject to standard IHG^® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions and earning structure, which can be obtained by visiting www.ihgrewardsclub.com . This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion that offers bonus Points. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s bonus Points or cancel member’s account according to IHG^® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions or by other measure if fraudulent use of the promotion is detected.
